Please report your stolen card

Card lost/ Stolen.

Your card and profile has now been blocked. If you want to order a new card, you have to pay for this replacement card.
Remember to mark the payment with “Replacement card” (If you have not paid for this year’s subscription you must also include this in your payment) along with the name of the card holder.

In 2013 the replacement card fee is 50,-nok. When you pay to our account nr: 1503 11 81469 (online) we will send you the new card by mail. You are not supposed to register a new profile but use your old one. Make sure the address in the profile is correct so we can make sure that the card gets to the right address.

If you send us a copy of the payment by e-mail we can send the new citybike card faster.
