We will be grateful if we are notified of broken bikes. Contact us so we can log into our system and report the bike as broken. Then the bike will be locked in the station and our service staff will be informed about the broken bike that needs service. It is always helpful if you can tell us in what station you delivered the bike. You can see the number of the station at the top of the column where you read your card.If you also can tell us the number of the lock where you delivered your bike it will be easier and go faster for us to lock the bike.
